Combat was no stranger to these Angels, where the battlefield was stained with blood, sweat, and tears. Feathers fallen from lost comrades, a slew of bodies, both Angelic and Demonic in nature, all these things brewed a perfect storm to test the loyalty and perseverance of the Angels.In combat, such a trial stood before Locke, who was tasked to eliminate a rather pesky, powerful demon.Yet, in a moment of weakness, cowardice took over, causing Locke to flee from battle.This choice would have it's consequences.Locke was discharged and cast to the mortal realm, to walk among men.Here they stand now, hoping one day their labors will spark forgiveness and acceptance.
